The resolution also expressed that Clarín “cannot appeal directly to the Supreme Court making such request”.    The resolution was officially notified today, it reads that Clarín’s request “is inadmissible” because the issue is still under the consideration of a lower tribunal before which the measure was appealed.    The resolution, which is complementary to a previous Supreme Court ruling issued on Monday, is signed by judges Ricardo Lorenzetti, Elena Higton de Nolasco, Enrique Petracchi, Carmen Argibay, Juan Carlos Maqueda and Raúl Zaffaroni.
